Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2, 2026

This page is general information, not legal advice. It describes what AdvantagePlay collects and how we handle it; update it as our practices change.

Who we are

AdvantagePlay (“we”, “us”) operates the AdvantagePlay blackjack toolkit — a bet-spread simulator, card-counting trainer, and results tracker. You can reach us at [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Account information. The email address and username you provide when you sign up, plus a securely hashed password for authentication.
  • Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe handles card data and shares limited details with us (such as subscription status and the last four digits) so we can manage your access.
  • Usage & training data. The settings, simulator inputs, results you log, and drill statistics you generate while using the toolkit, so your progress can follow you across devices.
  • Technical data. Basic request/server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and maintain the toolkit, authenticate you, process subscriptions and free trials, save and sync your training progress, respond to support requests, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Processors we rely on

  • Stripe— payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs the data it collects at checkout.
  • Email delivery (SMTP provider) — sends account, verification, and billing-related emails.
  • Hosting/infrastructure — stores your account and usage data so the service can run.

Data retention

We keep your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records (for example, billing records) to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
