This page is general information, not legal advice. It explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for AdvantagePlay.
Free trial
New subscriptions typically start with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to the toolkit during the trial period and will not be charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription starts automatically at $4.99/monthwhen the trial ends.
Recurring billing & auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions bill monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Terms of Service for the full subscription terms.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings on the dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not delete your account or saved data.
Refunds
Because a 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the full toolkit before paying, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription periods already billed, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, or you have a special circumstance, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
