By accessing or using AdvantagePlay you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be of legal age to view and use gambling-related content where you live (18 or 21+ depending on your jurisdiction). You agree to use the toolkit for lawful, personal training purposes, and not to resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the software, data, or content.

Your account and subscription are for your personal use only. Accounts are individual and non-transferable — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sharing your account or credentials with others, or using one subscription for multiple people, is not permitted, and we may suspend or revoke access to accounts we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

• Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription at $4.99/month, typically starting with a 14-day free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your account/dashboard. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work. Payments are handled by Stripe.

The AdvantagePlay software, simulator engine, content, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own training while your account is in good standing. Third-party names are the property of their respective owners.

AdvantagePlay is provided for education and entertainment. It does not guarantee any winnings or results, and gambling always carries a risk of loss. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdvantagePlay and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for gambling losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of AdvantagePlay is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
